Who We Are
LAD Performance is a Human Performance company integrating strength and movement to develop athletes. We're here no matter where you are on your athletic journey.
If you know us then you know that we are not the traditional coaches you will find at your nearest gym. Our approach focuses on developing movement from the ground up, centering on high quality movement first. The best athletes are the best movers!
When you start working with us you'll start asking yourself better questions, you'll become more curious about solving your own movement problems. Questions such as: How does this exercise transfer to my athleticism?
What really separates us is our investment that we make in YOU, the athlete. We don't stop until we help you smash your athletic goals. We'll teach you our principles and then you'll apply through lots of repetition.
There is an overwhelming amount of information to digest. This is why we have dedicated thousands of hours over the last decade toward sports science research & training application. Our team has extensive experience working with athletes of all ages and levels to understand what works. We'll help you implement a structured plan whether that's in person @ LAD HQ or remotely via online programs.
Know that we practice what we preach, we too are dedicated athletes! This is one of our core beliefs. While training with us you'll develop key athletic skills such as speed, strength, power & aerobic capacity while always focusing on high movement quality.
